Soon after I received my degree (after I walked out of the auditorium) I was approached by the Biology Department head, who asked if I would be interested in teaching a Bio 108 lab for the university. Can't beat that!  I'm rather nervous as I've never taught before, and I have no training in it, but it should be a good challenge for me this September.

I'm not going to go over the whole last year, but I will say it included many movies with friends, a margarita party at Sarah's house-sitting place (see snapshots section for pics and a short movie), a lot of working, a trip to BC to visit Brad and Juanita with Bryan, a bit of gardening, and very little drawing.
